Active Ingredient: Enalapril Maleate 20 mg

Indications:

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Management of heart failure
• Prophylaxis in patients with asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction to delay the onset of symptomatic heart failure

Dosage and Administration:

• Hypertension: The initial recommended dose is 5 mg once daily. Depending on the patient's response, the dosage may be adjusted to a usual range of 10 to 40 mg per day, administered as a single dose or in two divided doses.
• Heart Failure: The starting dose is 2.5 mg daily, which may be gradually increased based on patient tolerance and clinical response.
